A belated Christmas in Kansas City

We ventured south to celebrate a belated Christmas with my family in Kansas City this past weekend. The whole weekend was wonderful. Violet did amazingly well on both plane rides and was about as happy during the days as she has ever been. She didn't sleep quite as well as she does at home but overall, she did tremendously. She woke up early most days but lucky for all of us, my mom is an early riser so they got to have lots of quality one on one time. We all were inundated with a ridiculous amount of way too generous gifts, ate copious amounts of delicious foods and just had a great time. Sadly, we forgot our camera so all of the photos below are from Ted's iPhone (I have so many pictures of Violet on mine that I can't take any more because I am out of storage. Sounds like it's time for a new bigger iPhone) It was so nice to see family and friends. We definitely need to get back more often.
